We deliver rugs Australia-wide. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within 3-10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking notification once your order ships.
We want you to love your new rug. If it's not quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it's unused and in its original packaging.

If your rug arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
